Andrew Pridham AO
Managing Director & CEO
Andrew Pridham AO is the CEO of Moelis Australia.
Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in investment banking and is the former Executive Chairman of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan Australia where he completed many major M&A, equity raising and other advisory transactions and played a leading role in the significant growth of J.P. Morgan’s Australian business.
Andrew also spent 12 years at UBS where he held senior roles including Global Head of Real Estate Investment Banking and Head of Investment Banking for Australasia working in London and Singapore and was a member of the UBS Global Investment Banking Management Committee.
In 2009 he co-founded Moelis Australia. Moelis Australia was initially a 50:50 joint venture between NYSE listed global investment bank Moelis & Company and its Australian executives.
Andrew has been a director of AFL club the Sydney Swans since 2002 and the Chairman since 2013. He was raised in Adelaide and is an Alumnus of the University of South Australia.
Richard Colless AM
Richard Colless AM is the Chairman of Moelis Australia Asset Management.
Richard has 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry in Australia and the UK.
Richard was previously the Chairman of ING Real Estate Investment Management which managed five listed property trusts in Australia worth over A$10bn, a member of the J.P. Morgan Advisory Board in Australia, and the longest serving Chairman in Australian Rules Football history at the Sydney Swans.
Julian is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia and is Head of Real Estate Advisory and was one of the founders of Moelis Australia in 2009.
Julian has nearly 20 years of experience providing M&A and capital markets advice to real estate and funds management companies. Recent transactional experience includes the IPO of Redcape Hotel Group ($623m), simultaneous secondary capital raisings in Centuria Metropolitan REIT and Cenutria Capital Group ($376m) and SCA Property Group’s acquisition of a $631m portfolio from Vicinity.
Julian was previously a senior member of JP Morgan’s Asia Pacific real estate investment banking team, and prior to that was a member of UBS’ Australian real estate research team

Chief Operating Officer
Janna Robertson is the Chief Operating Officer of Moelis Australia.
Janna has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and has held roles at Deloitte and KordaMentha where she was focused on advising clients in relation to financial and operational restructuring and transformation, and performance improvement.
Janna is an alumnus of the University of Technology Sydney, a chartered accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Andrew Martin is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia and the Head of Moelis Australia Asset Management.
Prior to that Andrew was a principal of an asset management firm which founded several real estate funds in the US, Australia and Asia.
Previously Andrew was an investment banker with Rothschild, and served in the NSW Government Premier’s Department and the Cabinet Office where he advised on the privatisation and corporatisation of infrastructure and utilities.
Chris Monaghan is a Managing Director and is the Head of Real Estate Asset Management at Moelis Australia.
Chris’s role involves managing and growing the Real Estate Asset Management business which includes sourcing appropriate fund investments and investment capital, both institutional and high net worth and the establishment and investment management of real estate funds and assets. The role also involves equity and debt origination and dealing with investors, investment partners and investment intermediaries.
Chris is a real estate and capital markets specialist and has over 40 years’ experience.
Prior to Moelis Australia, Chris was a founding Director of Armada Funds Management for 11 years focussing on Australian investment grade assets for both institutional and high net worth clients, undertaking in excess of $1bn of transactions. Armada was acquired by Moelis Australia in June 2017.
Prior to Armada Chris was previously an Executive Director of the Investment Banking Property team at UBS AG in Australia for 11 years, at the time the number one rated investment bank in the Australian real estate sector.
He has also been a national and local director for two high profile national real estate agencies.
His previous experience covers both capital and debt origination, fund establishment, asset and investment management, underwriting, property sale and acquisition, property leasing, project development.
Chris has a Bachelor of Applied Science, majoring in valuation.
Chris Wyke is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia leading the Corporate Finance business and was one of the founders of Moelis Australia in 2009.
Chris has over 20 years’ industry experience, including extensive private equity, turnaround, restructuring, M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Chris has been involved with a broad range of clients and transactions, most recently the sale of TEN Network Holdings to CBS, the restructure and recapitalisation of both BIS Industries (A$1.1bn) and Slater and Gordon (A$730m), the purchase of the GE Consumer finance business (A$8.2bn), the reorganisations and control transactions of both Boart Longyear (US$352m), and Billabong (US$495m), the distressed acquisitions of both I-Med (A$1bn) and Channel 9 (A$3.4bn) on behalf of a syndicate of Special Situation / Private Equity investors.
Chris previously worked in investment banking for J.P. Morgan and UBS in London, Singapore and Sydney.

Tim is Chief Financial Officer at the Redcape Hotel Group.
Tim has been CFO of Redcape since February 2019 and is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership including ensuring the strategy creates Securityholder value, communicating performance and implementing a capital structure to support the Group’s growth and return on investment goals.
Prior to joining Redcape Tim served as Chief Financial and Operations Officer for ASX listed City Chic Collective Ltd (ASX: CCX), formerly Specialty Fashion Group (ASX: SFH), where he managed Information Technology, Group Planning, Group Transformation, Logistics, Investor Relations and Finance. Before CCX, Tim was CEO of EziBuy and CFO of Big W.

Steve Bennett is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia in Asset Management.
Steve has over 30 years’ experience in corporate and structured credit and has extensive experience in originating, structuring, underwriting and distributing debt and quasi debt products in the Australian and Asian markets.
Steve previously held the roles of Group Executive, Finance & Treasury at Consolidated Press Holdings (Packer Family Company), Managing Director, Head of Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Asia Pacific and Executive Vice President, Head of Structured Credit at Bankers Trust Australia.

Colin is a financial institutions group specialist and has over 30 years’ financial and investment experience.
Colin has experience on a wide range of domestic and international transactions including buy-side M&A, sell-side M&A, cross-border M&A, debt offerings, equity offerings, restructurings, recapitalisations and leveraged buyouts
Colin has advised on a broad range of transactions including Hitachi on its (A$976m) off-market takeover offer to acquire and Bradken, KKR, Varde and Deutsche Bank consortium on its A$8.2bn acquisition of General Electric Company’s Australian and New Zealand Consumer-Finance Business.

Dan was previously the National Operations Manager at National Leisure and Gaming Limited (NLG), a position he held for five years before being made Chief Executive Officer at NLG in January 2011.
Dan has previously held key industry positions as well currently being a Director of the Liquor Stax Retail Group.

Graham Lello is the Chief Financial Officer of Moelis Australia.
Graham has expertise in financial management, business operations and investment execution having held board and senior executive positions including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
Most recently as the Chief Financial Officer and as Executive Director of Redcape Hotel Group, Graham was responsible for the development of the corporate platform and led the sale of the business.

Brodie Treloar is a Managing Director at Moelis Australia in Corporate Finance.
Brodie is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions with over 17 years’ experience advising clients on public and private transactions including public company takeovers and private trade sales with particular expertise advising on cross-border transactions. He has also assisted his clients with pre-IPO and secondary capital raisings.
Brodie has particular expertise in the consumer and agricultural sectors where he advised recent transactions that include;

Alice Tang is the Chief Operating Officer of Moelis Australia Asset Management and responsible for setting and managing the operations for the asset management division. This includes overseeing corporate governance, funds management operations, client services and the technology platform.
Alice has over 20 years’ financial services experience.
Alice was previously at the Macquarie Group for 16 years working across transaction execution, operations and risk management in funds management, investment banking, retail banking and equity investments.

Simon Scott is a Managing Director and the Head of Equities at Moelis Australia.
Simon is an equities specialist and has over 18 years’ experience in Australian financial markets primarily in the equities divisions of global investment banks including Credit Suisse, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs.

Andrew has over 15 years of investment banking experience advising public and private companies on significant M&A transactions, corporate finance matters, debt financings, equity raisings and IPOs. He has particular expertise in advising general industrials and basic materials companies across the steel, building products, capital goods, transportation and logistics, packaging, forest products and industrial services sectors.
Notable transaction experience include BlueScope Steel’s US$1.4bn ASEAN coated steel building products joint venture with Nippon Steel, its US$720m acquisition of the North Star steel mini-mill and associated US$500m US Notes financing, Pact Group’s A$650m IPO, its A$145m acquisition of Asian packaging assets and associated A$176m equity raising, the A$200m IPO of Wagners construction materials, and Advent Partners’ A$178m sale of Integrated Packaging Group.
Andrew previously led General Industrials investment banking for Credit Suisse in Australia where he was also a member of the Asia Pacific Investment Banking Committee.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Economics with Honours in Econometrics (First Class) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
Jack Chen is an Analyst at Moelis Australia.
Jack supports the client service managers with marketing and events and the fund managers with investments and data analysis.
Jack completed internships at the Agricultural Development Bank of China and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
Jack has Masters’ degrees in both Finance and Accounting from the Australian National University.
Jack is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Jaron Yuen is a Managing Director at Moelis Australia in Asset Management and is responsible for firm’s private equity and venture capital investments.
Jaron has over 20 years’ experience as an investor and adviser, with a focus on private investment in operating businesses.
Jaron was previously involved in the acquisition, financing and management of investments in sectors such as renewable energy, municipal waste, water and waste treatment, telecommunications infrastructure and power generation in the UK, Europe and Australia, an investment principal at UBS and Lend Lease and an investment banker at Citigroup and ABN AMRO in Sydney, London and Amsterdam.
Jaron holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University in Sydney and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
Jaron is presently a non-executive director and chairman of Infinite Care.
