Jeffrey has over 25 years of experience as a commercial lawyer including as principal of Browne & Co Solicitors and Consultants, a practice he founded early in his career.
Jeffrey is Chairman of Premoso Pty Ltd (owner of business of “Holden Special Vehicles”) and has been involved with Holden Special Vehicles since 2001 as a Non-Executive Director. He is the former Chairman at carsales.com Ltd, stepping down in 2018.
Between 2010 and 2013 Jeffrey also held the position of Managing Director of Nine Network Australia, where he served as Executive Director from 2006.
Jeffrey holds a degree in Arts from La Trobe University, Melbourne and a degree in Law from Monash University, Melbourne.
Andrew Pridham AO
Group Vice Chairman
Andrew Pridham AO is the Group Vice Chairman of Moelis Australia.
Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in investment banking and is the former Executive Chairman of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan Australia where he completed many major M&A, equity raising and other advisory transactions and played a leading role in the significant growth of J.P. Morgan’s Australian business.
Andrew also spent 12 years at UBS where he held senior roles including Global Head of Real Estate Investment Banking and Head of Investment Banking for Australasia working in London and Singapore and was a member of the UBS Global Investment Banking Management Committee.
In 2009 he co-founded Moelis Australia. Moelis Australia was initially a 50:50 joint venture between NYSE listed global investment bank Moelis & Company and its Australian executives.
Andrew has been a director of AFL club the Sydney Swans since 2002 and the Chairman since 2013. He was raised in Adelaide and is an Alumnus of the University of South Australia.

Alexandra Goodfellow is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of Moelis Australia.
Alexandra has over 30 years’ experience in human capital consulting across Board, CEO, Financial Services and Property within Australia, Asia and the UK.
Alexandra is currently Vice Chairman Australasia at Korn Ferry.
Alexandra is a member of the Funding Committee for the Westmead Children’s Hospital Grace Ward, a Non-Executive Director of the Sydney Swans, and a Mentor with the Minerva Network. Alexandra was a Founding Member of the Tiffany Red Cross Committee, and previously Advisory Committee Member for Women in Payments.
Joint Chief Executive Officer
Chris Wyke is Joint Chief Executive Officer of Moelis Australia and was one of the founders of the company in 2009.
Chris has over 20 years’ industry experience, including extensive private equity, turnaround, restructuring, M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Chris has been involved with a broad range of clients and transactions, most recently the sale of TEN Network Holdings to CBS, the restructure and recapitalisation of both BIS Industries (A$1.1bn) and Slater and Gordon (A$730m), the purchase of the GE Consumer finance business (A$8.2bn), the reorganisations and control transactions of both Boart Longyear (US$352m), and Billabong (US$495m), the distressed acquisitions of both I-Med (A$1bn) and Channel 9 (A$3.4bn) on behalf of a syndicate of Special Situation / Private Equity investors.
Chris previously worked in investment banking for J.P. Morgan and UBS in London, Singapore and Sydney.

Julian is Joint Chief Executive Officer of Moelis Australia and was one of the founders of the company in 2009.
Julian has nearly 20 years of experience providing M&A and capital markets advice to real estate and funds management companies.
Julian was previously a senior member of JP Morgan’s Asia Pacific real estate investment banking team, and prior to that was a member of UBS’ Australian real estate research team
Julian has a Bachelor of Business (Property) and a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from the University of South Australia.
Kate Pilcher Ciafone
Kate Pilcher Ciafone is Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking and a founding member of Moelis & Company.
Kate has been in the investment banking industry for almost 20 years as both a banker and operations executive. As a founding member of Moelis & Company, Kate has played a vital role in establishing, shaping and enhancing nearly every aspect of Moelis & Company’s management and operations.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Kate worked in the UBS Investment Bank Office of the CEO and President, where she helped to analyze growth opportunities and develop strategy for the firm. She began her investment banking career in the Financial Institutions Group at UBS Investment Bank.
Kate holds a B.S. in Commerce with distinction from The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
Ken Moelis is founder and Chairman of Moelis & Company and has served as Chief Executive Officer of that company since 2007.
Ken has over 30 years of investment banking and mergers and acquisitions experience. Prior to founding Moelis & Company, Mr. Moelis worked at UBS from 2001 to 2007, where he was most recently President of UBS Investment Bank and previously Joint Global Head of Investment Banking. Before joining UBS, Mr. Moelis was Head of Corporate Finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he worked from 1990 through 2000.
Ken began his career as an investment banker with Drexel Burnham Lambert in 1981. Ken serves on the University of Pennsylvania Board of Trustees, the Wharton Board of Overseers, the Board of the Tourette Syndrome Association and the Board of Governors of Cedars Sinai Hospital.
Ken holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Richard Colless AM

Richard Colless AM is the Chairman of Moelis Australia Asset Management.
Richard has 40 years’ experience in the financial services industry in Australia and the UK.
Richard was previously the Chairman of ING Real Estate Investment Management which managed five listed property trusts in Australia worth over A$10bn, a member of the J.P. Morgan Advisory Board in Australia, and the longest serving Chairman in Australian Rules Football history at the Sydney Swans.

Janna Robertson is the Chief Operating Officer of Moelis Australia.
Janna has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and has held roles at Deloitte and KordaMentha where she was focused on advising clients in relation to financial and operational restructuring and transformation, and performance improvement.
Janna is an alumnus of the University of Technology Sydney, a chartered accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Chief Financial Officer
Graham Lello is the Chief Financial Officer of Moelis Australia.
Graham has expertise in financial management, business operations and investment execution having held board and senior executive positions including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
Most recently as the Chief Financial Officer and as Executive Director of Redcape Hotel Group, Graham was responsible for the development of the corporate platform and led the sale of the business.
Graham holds a Bachelor of Accounting, a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and a Diploma in Financial Planning.
Amelia Hill is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia in the Corporate Finance team and is co-leading advisory efforts in emerging and small to mid-cap companies including private investment.
Amelia has over 17 years’ experience including private investments focused on emerging and small to mid-cap companies covering a broad range of industry sectors.
Amelia’s experience includes advisor to Pyrolyx AG on its IPO ($149m), Freedom Foods Limited on its equity raising ($65m) in relation to the acquisition of Popina, Chandler Macleod Group Limited on its acquisition by Recruit Holdings (A$391m), its institutional placement and DRP underwrite, SCA Property Group on its initial public offering (A$1.4bn) and follow on equity raising, NEXTDC Limited on its IPO, subsequent follow on raisings and block trade in APDC and Aurizon (QR National) on its IPO (A$4.0bn)
Amelia was previously an Executive Director at UBS and ran the firm’s Alternative Capital Group in Australia, including recommending, structuring and managing principal positions on behalf of UBS. Amelia also ran UBS’s capital markets team in Australia across emerging and small/mid-cap companies.
Amelia holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Finance), Bachelor of Economics (Honours - First Class, University Medal) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Andrew Martin is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia and the Head of Moelis Australia Asset Management.
Prior to that Andrew was a principal of an asset management firm which founded several real estate funds in the US, Australia and Asia.
Previously Andrew was an investment banker with Rothschild, and served in the NSW Government Premier’s Department and the Cabinet Office where he advised on the privatisation and corporatisation of infrastructure and utilities.
COO - Asset Management
Alice Tang is the Chief Operating Officer of Moelis Australia Asset Management and is responsible for setting and managing the operations for the asset management division. This includes overseeing corporate governance, funds management operations, client services and the technology platform.
Alice has over 20 years’ financial services experience.
Alice was previously at the Macquarie Group for 16 years working across transaction execution, operations and risk management in funds management, investment banking, retail banking and equity investments.
Alice holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-Op) from the University of New South Wales and a MBA (Exec) from the Australian Graduate School of Management, member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Drew Bowie is a Managing Director at Moelis Australia in Asset Management.
Drew is a credit asset management specialist and has over 25 years’ experience in real estate credit, portfolio management and capital market experience across multiple asset classes.
Drew has successfully completed an extensive array of development and investment portfolio finance facilities incorporating senior and structured credit and equity participations for both in bank and non-bank institutions.

John was previously the Head of Hedge Fund Sales at UBS Investment Bank and Head of Sales Trading at UBS.
John has a Bachelor of Business in Property/Valuation and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia. He is also an Accredited Level 1 and Level 2 Derivatives Advisor on the Australian Stock Exchange.

Alan Reid is a Managing Director at Moelis Australia and is responsible for the company’s business in Greater China.
Alan has over 30 years’ experience.
Alan was the Minister Commercial and Senior Trade Commissioner at the Australian Embassy in Beijing and the Principal of Intercedent – a business in China advising on inbound and outbound investments.
Alan was an Aussie Rules Football player with the Essendon and Geelong teams.
Alan is a Juris LLB graduate from the University of Western Australia.

Enda Stankard is a Managing Director at Moelis Australia.
Enda is an Asset Management specialist and has over 18 years’ experience in investment banking and asset management.

Susan has over 15 years’ experience in private banking, wealth management and taxation accounting.

Ross Victor is an Executive Director at Moelis Australia in Asset Management.

Helen is a Senior Adviser to Moelis Australia.
Helen was most recently the National CEO of the Australia China Business Council.
Helen started her career as a corporate lawyer at international law firms both in Australia and overseas.
In Australia, Helen worked in the China practice of MinterEllison, and then moved to Moscow and Kazakhstan to work for Clifford Chance, acting for European and American clients participating in the privatisation of former Soviet state industries.
After returning to Australia, Helen worked as in-house counsel with Alcoa and Telstra, and then moved into senior management roles at Australia Post and ANZ Bank.
Helen studied Mandarin throughout her secondary and tertiary education, which included three long-term study trips to Nanjing University and Fudan University in Shanghai.
More recently Helen undertook Chinese postgraduate studies at the University of Melbourne and graduated in 2016 with First Class Honours.
Helen is currently an Advisory Board Member of the Monash Migration and Inclusion Centre, the Centre for Contemporary Chinese Studies at the University of Melbourne, and Newgate, a strategic corporate communications advisory.
Mike Pyke is Head of Institutional Capital and responsible for MA Asset Management’s capital partnerships. Mike has been with Moelis Australia for six years. He worked heavily on Moelis Australia’s IPO in 2017 and subsequently led Moelis Australia’s IR & Strategy function. He has previously worked in Moelis Australia’s Corporate Advisory Team (restructuring) for large Australian corporates and leading global hedge funds.
Mike has over 10 years of diversified financial services experience.

Richard is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia.
Richard helps manage and grow the Real Estate Asset Management business which includes sourcing appropriate fund investments and investment capital, both institutional and high net worth and the establishment and investment management of real estate funds and assets.
Richard was a founding Director of Armada Funds Management for 11 years focusing on Australian investment grade assets for both institutional and high net worth clients, undertaking in excess of $1bn of transactions. Armada was acquired by Moelis Australia in June 2017.
Richard has extensive experience in both property and capital markets.
Richard was previously an investment advisor and portfolio manager at Lend Lease Corporation Limited including providing portfolio management, product design, and advice to the company’s funds on appropriate investment, allocation and diversification strategies across all asset classes
Richard is a qualified actuary and holds a Masters of Economics in Actuarial Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.

Rebecca is General Counsel and Company Secretary at Moelis Australia.
Rebecca is responsible for legal, compliance and company secretarial activities of Moelis Australia with over 15 years’ experience as a lawyer in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining the company, Rebecca was Regional Counsel at UBS, with primary responsibilities for advising its Asset Management businesses across Asia Pacific from both Sydney and Hong Kong.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) / Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales and is a Fellow with the Governance Institute of Australia.
COO - MA Hotel Management
Chris is Chief Operating Officer at Moelis Australia Hotel Management (MAHM).
Chris is responsible for the leadership of MAHM's Hotels and operating performance.
He has held previous operational roles with National Leisure and Gaming and Crown Resorts. Chris is a highly regarded industry specialist with over 20 years’ experience across pubs, clubs and casino operations in both private and public ownership structures.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Curtin University.
Steve Bennett is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia in Asset Management.
Steve has over 30 years’ experience in corporate and structured credit and has extensive experience in originating, structuring, underwriting and distributing debt and quasi debt products in the Australian and Asian markets.
Steve previously held the roles of Group Executive, Finance & Treasury at Consolidated Press Holdings (Packer Family Company), Managing Director, Head of Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Asia Pacific and Executive Vice President, Head of Structured Credit at Bankers Trust Australia.
Steve holds a Graduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie University.

John Sheffield is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia in Asset Management.
John has over 30 years’ experience across financial markets, asset management and private, commercial and institutional banking segments.
John previously held senior risk management roles at National Australia Bank (NAB) across investments, private wealth management, asset management, and financial institutions credit covering global funds and NBFI risk. Prior to NAB, John had senior credit risk roles at the Commonwealth Bank in the financial markets and institutional banking business.
John holds a Bachelor of Business with a joint major in Accounting and Finance from Charles Sturt University.
Cathy is a credit asset management specialist and has over 25 years’ experience in real estate finance, advisory, structuring, turnaround and capital market experience. She has completed a number of development and investment portfolio finance facilities, incorporating senior and structured credit and equity participations. Prior to joining Moelis Australia, Cathy provided real estate focussed advisory services at Archerfield Partners, managed portfolios of distressed credit exposures at HSBC and RBS. In previous roles she has provided real estate finance origination, structuring and advisory services at RBS, NAB and Bankers Trust Investment Bank. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from the University of Sydney, an Associate Diploma of Finance and is a Chartered Accountant.
Jimmy Fong is responsible for client services, fund marketing and business development.
Billie Tay is Client Director at Moelis Australia and is responsible for client services, fund marketing and channel development.
Billie has over 10 years’ experience in advising on financial products, migration programs and has specialised experience in Singapore Global Investor Program (GIP) and Australian SIV programs.

Dan is Chief Executive Officer at Moelis Australia Hotel Management.
He has extensive operational experience and has held senior positions within listed, privately owned pub organisations and was the owner operator of a pub.
Dan was previously the National Operations Manager at National Leisure and Gaming Limited (NLG), a position he held for five years before being made Chief Executive Officer at NLG in January 2011.
Dan has previously held key industry positions as well currently being a Director of the Liquor Stax Retail Group.
Dan completed an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2016.
Justin Kang is a Client Director at Moelis Australia in Asset Management.
Justin is a seasoned HNW client relationship management professional with over 10 years’ experience in wealth management and consumer credit.
Prior to Moelis Australia, Justin worked at Citigroup’s wealth management division in Sydney for over seven years. His most recent position was a Senior Relationship Manager (AVP) managing Australian and global high net worth clients. Paul has been with Moelis Australia since the firm’s beginning and was previously at J.P. Morgan in their real estate M&A team.

Ben Boyd is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia in Corporate Finance.
Ben has over 20 years of investment banking experience, predominantly in real estate and significant advisory and capital markets experience across M&A, IPOs, secondary placements, wholesale capital raising, debt and ratings advisory.
Recent relevant experience includes Viva Energy’s IPO of Viva Energy REIT, APG’s investment in the Lendlease retirement business, Generation REIT’s sale to NorthWest Properties and CIMIC’s exit from the Leighton Properties business.
Ben is the former Managing Director and Head of Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging for Bank of America Merrill Lynch Australia. Prior to that, Ben worked at UBS and Citi in Australia.

Brodie Treloar is a Managing Director at Moelis Australia in Corporate Finance.
Brodie is a specialist in mergers and acquisitions with over 17 years’ experience advising clients on public and private transactions including public company takeovers and private trade sales with particular expertise advising on cross-border transactions. He has also assisted his clients with pre-IPO and secondary capital raisings.
Brodie has particular expertise in the consumer and agricultural sectors where he advised recent transactions that include;
- Saputo’s acquisition of the specialty cheese business of Lion Dairy & Drinks ($280m)
- Saputo’s acquisition of Murray Goulburn ($1.3bn) and subsequent sale of the Koroit dairy processing plant ($250m) to comply with an enforceable undertaking to the ACCC
- The sale of Burra Foods to Inner Mongolia Fuyuan ($310m)
Brodie also works across the general industrials sector and was particularly active in paper merchanting where he advised on several transactions including;
- Spicers on its recommended sale by scheme of arrangement to Kokusai Pulp and Paper ($148m)
- KW Doggett on its merger with BJ Ball and 51% sale to Japan Pulp & Paper ($215m)
Brodie previously worked at RBS and ABN AMRO and prior to that in investment banking in London.
Brodie holds a Masters in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
Matthew Lane is an Executive Director in Real Estate Asset Management.
Matthew is focussed on growing the Real Estate Asset Management business which includes sourcing appropriate investments and investment capital, both institutional and high net worth. Matthew’s role also incorporates asset and investment management across the various funds as well as running the SIV Property Fund.
He is a real estate and capital markets specialist and has over 25 years’ experience.
Prior to Moelis, he was the General Manager of Capital Transactions at ISPT and formerly of the Head of Office Transactions at Charter Hall. Matthew has extensive experience in capital transactions, being responsible for over $9 billion in real estate deals across all asset classes at Charter Hall (14 years) and ISPT.
While also at Charter Hall, he was a Fund Manager for assets worth over $1.2 billion, ran the commercial asset valuation program and was responsible for the South Australian expansion with particular note the GPO commercial development project.
Matthew has a Bachelor of Business (Property), majoring in Valuation and Marketing / Management, from University of South Australia. Matthew also has a a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Vanessa is a Client Director at Moelis Australia and a founding member of the Moelis Australia Asset Management team.
She previously worked as a paralegal specialising in migration and real estate conveyancing.

Simon is an equities specialist and has over 18 years’ experience in Australian financial markets primarily in the equities divisions of global investment banks including Credit Suisse, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs.
Responsibilities have included the valuation of both listed and unlisted companies, analysing and advising on privatisations and mergers, risk arbitrage modelling, and preparing private companies for IPOs, including advising on appropriate structures and valuations.

He has particular expertise in advising general industrials and basic materials companies across the steel, building products, capital goods, transportation and logistics, packaging, forest products and industrial services sectors.
Notable transaction experience include BlueScope Steel’s US$1.4bn ASEAN coated steel building products joint venture with Nippon Steel, its US$720m acquisition of the North Star steel mini-mill and associated US$500m US Notes financing, Pact Group’s A$650m IPO, its A$145m acquisition of Asian packaging assets and associated A$176m equity raising, the A$200m IPO of Wagners construction materials, and Advent Partners’ A$178m sale of Integrated Packaging Group.

Tim is Chief Financial Officer at Moelis Australia Hotel Management.
Tim has been CFO of Redcape since February 2019 and is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership including ensuring the strategy creates Securityholder value, communicating performance and implementing a capital structure to support the Group’s growth and return on investment goals.
Prior to joining Redcape Tim served as Chief Financial and Operations Officer for ASX listed City Chic Collective Ltd (ASX: CCX), formerly Specialty Fashion Group (ASX: SFH), where he managed Information Technology, Group Planning, Group Transformation, Logistics, Investor Relations and Finance. Before CCX, Tim was CEO of EziBuy and CFO of Big W.
