Since launching in 2013, our Asset Management division has grown to now have over $5 billion in assets under management.

Moelis Australia’s Asset Management team manages core and operating real estate assets across a range of sectors, including retail, hotel commercial, industrial and aged care facilities. The team’s capability extends to re-positioning assets, overseeing substantial capital programs and active lease management.
We draw upon the expertise of our Equities Research and Real Estate Corporate Advisory teams to ensure our decision-making is based on a thorough analysis of market data and investment trends, plus relationships with key industry leaders.
We are currently managing $3.4 billion in real estate assets across Australia.
Managing over $900 million in real estate and non-real estate credit products on behalf of high net worth and institutional investors, our Asset Management team finances investment in senior secured, mezzanine debt and equity facilities. We focus on identifying and capitalising on emerging trends to create innovative credit products.
Our expertise across both credit and real estate means we understand underlying real estate security and can structure real estate credit exposure to protect downside risk and maximise risk adjusted returns. Our loan investments are actively managed and we have the necessary experience to take control and maximise the value of our securities.
Private equity and venture growth capital
Our Private Equity and Venture Growth Capital team currently manages over $550 million in investor capital.
